Getting your IT systems ready.
Changing Health is supported by NHS health technology specialists Inhealthcare. They will support you every step of the way in integrating the service into your practice. Below is the process they will follow to get you ready:
- InHealthcare will collect your IP details and assist you in adjusting firewall settings
- Your IT staff will be supported to setup local access to the InHealthcare N3 environment
- InHealthcare will enable your Changing Health service access.
- InHealthcare will support your IT staff to setup the InHealthcare desktop application for each user who will be referring patients to Changing Health.

- InHealthcare will create and distribute your practice’s InHealthcare user accounts.
